Entry into the tournament must be completed thru the SPA website
  1. Completed Team Roster "On-Line" Entry Prior to Roster Cutoff Date
  2. Entry Fee $525,00 must be paid Prior to Entry Cutoff Date
  3. Checks Payable to: MIKE CAIRNS mail to address below
  4. All Teams must be SPA Registered
  5. Players must have BOTH their SPA Player Card AND Drivers License at time of check in
