Adult Basketball
South Summit Recreation
LEAGUE
League play will be held on Thursdays and will stat on December 5th. Games will be played in the South Summit Middle School. You must be 16 years of age or older to play in our adult sports.
REGISTRATION
Registration for our adult basketball league will be October 7th-November 23rd, we will re-opened if additional teams are needed.
SCHEDULES
The regular season consists of 7 games, played once a week at local middle schools gym.
Post-season play will take approx. 2 weeks; format will be single elimination. Players must have participated in 3 regular season games in order to be eligible for post-season play. Eligibility is kept up-to-date on the score sheet each week, so there is no excuse for captains to be 'unaware' a player is not eligible for post-season.
ROSTERS
Rosters must be filled out completely and turned into the score table at your first game. All players & the team captain must sign the roster prior to entering their first game. Players will also be expected to check in at the score table for each game played. Those who fail to initial the score sheet or neglect to sign the roster will not receive credit towards post-season participation.
