Participants will train in sprint running, long-distance running, relays, long jump, discus, shot put, and javelin. Track Club will begin Monday, April 15, and will go thru Mid-June. All participants will also have the opportunity to participate in 5 track meets held throughout the county (track meet days will vary). Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from all track meets. Participants must be 7 years old to compete in any of the meets. Registration fee includes a t-shirt. Click on calendar below for specific dates and times of meets held through the season. All practices held at Pleasant Grove Jr. High track and field.

• AGES:  7-15 (Birth Year 2009-2017)
• REGISTRATION: February 1st - March 31st
• REGISTRATION FEE: Residents - $50.00; Non-residents - $70.00; ($5.00 Late fee after March 31st)
• 2024 SEASON: April 15th - Early June
• PRACTICE DAYS:  MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS ( UNLESS A SCHEDULED MEET)
• MEETS- Hosted by cities in Utah County and held on Saturdays.
