Quick Tip #83 - Improved Invoice Checkout Process

We wanted to drop you a quick note that our usual invoice checkout process is back and better than ever. We are now partnering with Payroc as our new credit card processor, so you can again use our single page checkout to pay your invoice without jumping through PayPal's maze of screens. Sorry for any confusion that might have caused over the past couple weeks.

With our new vendor, we were able to add a couple nice features to make your life a little easier:

  1. Saved Cards - When checking out, if you click the "Save card as" checkbox at the bottom and enter a nickname, we will save your card to be used for the next time. The sensitive credit card data is stored on Payroc's powerful financial servers and they give us a secure token to remember your card. Storing it this way reduces the number of times your credit card number is sent across the internet.

Next time you pay an invoice, that card will be shown as an option to you only (not everyone in the organization) without additional typing. Try it out and let us know what you think.
  2. One other small improvement deals with receipts. When viewing your invoice list after logging in, you can click on the Invoice Number to see the full details. Paid invoices will now be labeled as such at the top of the page, and you can print or email a receipt if you didn't get one the first time.
