Quick Tip #78 - Temporary shutdown of QuickScores On Saturday night July 21st, QuickScores.com will be shut-down for up to 8 hours starting at 11:00 PM Central Time. Rackspace, our highly-respected hosting provider, is migrating our server to a new and improved data center across town (here in the DFW Metroplex) and that move necessitates a temporary shutdown of our site. All of your data (schedules, scores, rosters, etc.) will be safe and available again as soon as the migration is complete. The shutdown probably will not take the full 8 hours and probably will not start right at 11:00 PM, but it might. During the shutdown, you will get a non-descript error message from your browser saying it cannot connect. We are sorry for this unfortunate inconvenience, especially to our tournament clients that might be entering scores at that time. Please call us if you have any questions.
