Quick Tip #76 - A backpack full of features you asked for
Kids back in school It's that time of year when all the kids are heading back to school, so it seemed appropriate to spend a couple minutes teaching you about the latest enhancements at QuickScores.

Reschedule a Block of Games across Multiple Events
You can now reschedule a bunch of games from multiple events at once. Either move them to a new day or just bump them back a few hours to let the fields dry out (or both). You can find this new Reschedule Games option in the top menu under Update Events.

After you select the games to be moved, you choose how much time you want to bump the games back. All game times will be moved relative to their start times. You may preview the new date/times on the page before saving the changes. Optionally, you can leave a comment behind where the games used to be in the schedule, so people know why the games were moved.
Date-Dependent Registration Fees
On the Edit Form page under the Base Fee row, you can now define additional fees or discounts that kick in before or after a specified date. The user will see the fee/discount at the end of the form, right before the Total. With this enhancement, you can give an "early bird discount" or charge a "late fee".
Calendar View for Public
We made a read-only Calendar version of the Drag n Drop Editor that can be shown to the public. This is a nice compact alternative to looking through individual event schedules or messing with the Games Report. You can see this new public view by logging out and clicking on Schedules » Games Calendar.
Upcoming Days Option on Games Report
In addition to displaying the games on a particular day or date range, the Games Report can now display games for a certain number of games in the future, such as "games scheduled within the next 7 days". By using this new parameter, you can create a permanent link that will always show the next few days of games.
Email/Texting to Groups of Officials
You may now direct emails and texts to a subset of game officials, such as only those working on particular fields or only those working in a specific tournament.
Bracket Procession Report
For those who run large bracket tournaments, it is important to quickly and easily tell each team, when they finish one game, where they go for their next game and when. We have added a new Bracket Procession View to our Games Report to automate a report that some of our largest tournament clients had been doing by hand.
Search by Player Name on Find My Team
If you make your rosters available to the public, the public search feature at Help » Find My Team will now search for a player name in addition to team name and coach name.
