Quick Tip #73 - Import League Schedules

For many years we've given you two ways to export schedules to a spreadsheet - from the Games Report and from the bottom of the Edit Schedule page. Now we've flipped it around to give you the Import Schedule feature! We know that sometimes you have a bunch of games in a spreadsheet that you want to put into QuickScores. Maybe it's a practice schedule, or perhaps a group schedule involving teams from a nearby town. Now you can import those games into QuickScores to enjoy our user-friendly display, communications, and scorekeeping features.

As an added benefit, our import feature gives you the option to combine two schedules. Create or import one schedule into an event, then import a second schedule without deleting the original games. This combining capability gives you a whole lot more flexibility to create the exact schedule you want.

To import a schedule, go to the Manage Events page, create the event name, then click that event's Options button. The Jump To menu has a new section titled Import and Export League Schedules. It's just as easy as importing teams, coaches and rosters.
