Quick Tip #48 - What happened to my schedule?
Who changed my schedule?!?

"It's changed. It disappeared. How did it get this way?"

QuickScores tracks many of the operations performed on schedules and who did them. In the past, this audit trail was available only to the QuickScores staff, but we have now made the Event Log accessible to any administrator.

To access it, simply click on SETUP, followed by EVENT LOG in the JUMP TO box. The Event Log is kept for two months after the last operation and it can be downloaded to Excel if you need to keep it or report on it.

Hopefully you won't need to use the Event Log, but if you do, it's right at your fingertips!
