Quick Tip #23 - How many ways can you twist or align a schedule?
It’s all very easy. Click REPORTS from the left menu bar. Select GAMES REPORTS and you’re ready to go! Once there, you can select specific sports, events, locations, dates and seasons. Of course, ALL is an option for any or all of the selections. Select the type of view you want, whether it is a list or table. Select the other options like START TIME or END TIME and the SPACING intervals. Click GENERATE REPORT. It is easy to create different versions of the report to optimize the space on your screen and the group you’re working with. Each league appears in a different color. You can create abbreviations for the leagues by clicking the LEAGUE LEGEND if the names are too long. The league legend also shows the color of each event. The best part is when you have the games displayed in table view; you can move your cursor over any game to get more detailed information or better yet, click on any game and go directly to the Modify Schedule page to make changes in a new window. Once the changes are saved, you can go back to the report window and do a REFRESH in your browser to see the new GAMES REPORT, thus allowing you to see where you have games and where you don’t. You asked for it... and now we’ve delivered!
