Quick Tip #20 - Let’s play some bipartisan games!

We know we can’t expect friendly reach-across-the-aisle bipartisanship out of our politicians,
no matter how much they may promise.
Why don’t we show them how it’s done in the sporting world by playing some friendly games between leagues?
QuickScores just added the ability to create games between teams from two different leagues
and you’re going to love it!

Follow the instructions below to add interleague games.

Select EVENT NAMES, followed by OPTIONS for one of the leagues that will participate in interleague play.

In the JUMP TO box, click on INTERLEAGUE PLAY.

Enter an abbreviation for this league. If desired, click COUNT INTERLEAGUE GAMES IN STANDINGS.

Select another league to play against and enter an abbreviation for it.
Click SAVE INTERLEAGUE INFO to save the information.

If more leagues are desired, repeat steps 2 and 4 as necessary.

If you wish to count interleague games in the standings of the other league(s),
follow steps 1 and 2 above for that other league and click COUNT INTERLEAGUE GAMES IN STANDINGS.
Click SAVE INTERLEAGUE INFO.

Generate your regular league schedule as you normally would for each league, using the Advanced Options page
to block out weeks or game times for interleague play.

When you are satisfied with the regular league games, go to MODIFY SCHEDULE, scroll to the yellow
ADD A GAME box below the schedule and start adding the interleague games. The teams from the other league(s)
are in the drop-down list and can easily be selected. Enter the date, time and place and click SAVE SCHEDULE.
As you do this, the game is added to the schedule you’re viewing AND to the schedule for the league
the selected team is in. Interleague games even appear in the Opponent Distribution on the
Modify Schedule page!

Your schedule is ready when you have finished entering all of the interleague games.
Should you need to reschedule your regular league games, you have the option on the CREATE SCHEDULE page
to save the interleague games.
Posting scores and updating standings happens like it always has. The scores are even updated
from the interleague games in both leagues.
