Quick Tip #15 - Automatic Email Response for Registration Forms

Laptop emitting email You’re using QuickScores forms for registrations, volunteer applications, t-shirt orders or any other function where you want to capture information from your constituents.

With a new enhancement on QuickScores, you can now automatically send an email to each person submitting a form to thank them for their participation and give them a few more instructions.

To create an automatic response for one of your forms:

(1) Click "Create/Edit" Forms in the left menu bar.

(2) Click the "Edit Form" icon for the form that needs an email response.

(3) Click on the "Automatic Response Email" tab.

(4) Select the desired recipient(s) from the list of email fields in your form.

(5) Enter your “From Email” and the “Subject”.

(6) Compose your message in the message area.

(7) Change the Status to "Activated" using the drop-down field.

(8) Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Now, whenever someone submits a form, they will automatically receive an email from you with your customized message. It’s one more way to simplify and improve communications with your athletes, coaches and parents!
