Quick Tip #13 - Share reports with the public

Clipboard and Whistle Do you get phone calls asking which league a team is in? The caller knows the coach's name, but only you can tell them the league and team.

Or does your local newspaper like to publish scores, so you have to manually create reports to fax or email to them?

Problem solved! Now you can publish ANY QuickScores report for the public to view, including the new "Find A Team" report that lets you search by team name or coach's name.

To share your reports with the public:
(1) Click on "Reports" in the left menu bar.
(2) Click "Show Reports to Public" at the bottom of the Reports page.
(3) Click the checkbox for the reports you want to share with the public.
(4) Click "Save."

It's that simple! Because any report can be shared, you can let your athletes and parents use the new "Find A Team" report themselves, and the newspaper can use the "All Games On A Day" report to get the latest scores.
