Quick Tip #10 - Three periods...here and there. Why?

Big ellipsis with reflections What on QuickScores has three periods?

No, not hockey. The answer is the menu.

Whether or not you've noticed them before, you're going to love knowing why 9 of the 20 menu selections can have three dots after them.

Three of the menu selections (Locations, Downloads, and Create/Edit Forms) relate to lists of items that the public sees. Clicking on the menu text lets you edit the list, but if you click on the three dots after the text, you'll see the page the way the public sees it.

Most of the scheduling menu selections (like Teams, Modify Schedule and Post Results) use the three dots for a totally different reason - to let you quickly switch between events. For example, after you have posted results to one league and want to do another, instead of clicking on Event Names and then back to Post Results, just click on the three dots after Post Results. You'll be able to pick the league you want and save yourself some time.
