Football Sign-Ups 3rd/4th Grade & 5th/6th Grade July 28-29-30 August 1, 2008 6:00-8:00pm Sign-ups will be @ the Ed Parsley Gymnasiums located behind Carrier School. Football Fee will be $50.00. Each participant must have copied *Birth Certificate.* *Note: If you have already submitted a copied birth certificate to Kids Inc. you will not need to so again.* Equipment-Saturday, August 2, 2008 Euipment will be handed out to each participant that has paid their fee($50.00) & has submitted a copied Birth Certificate.
