I wish to congratulate the 2008 FYRU High School men's Champion, Tampa Pelicans! In a very close match, they defeated Jupiter 11-10 in Tampa. Jupiter Rugby Club also needs to be commended for a great game and a great season. They have done great things this year while dealing with adversity at home.
