Registration Process
(download a registration form from the downloadable files to link to the left) 1. Check sport child is participating in 2.Check Game Plan (required) 3.Choose jersey and short sizes 4. If you are coaching, please fill out the coaching section and pick up a volunteer form at the front desk 5. Fill out all information on the form (put N/A where information is not applicable) 6. Fill out the request lines if they apply 7.Initial the waiver, sign the form and date it 8. Proceed with payment ----------------------------- GET IN THE GAME The YMCA Game Plan Competition Package includes numbered, sport-specific uniforms as well as team-specific trophies. Cost is only $35 per sports package! Look for further details at the Member Services Desk. It's time to get in the Game with the YMCA GAME PLAN! Helps to provide new coaching materials that include: Comprehensive coaching books, professional parent and coach manuals, free coaching certification that includes aides such as: sport specific clipboards, coach whistle, personal and participant safety information, hands on instruction from local and veteran coaches, offered 4 times annually, better recognition for volunteer coaches, new coach recruitment practices to avoid "no coach" teams, uniform fits correctly and is dry weave so our kids don't get over-heated, uniforms have numbers, teams have a color identity, team specific trophies, lights on fields to provide maximum practice time for all teams, referees at all levels, at all games to help support coaches and parents.
