Town of Stratford Charter, Code & Ordinance
- Player, coach and spectator pledge to be remembered when participating in our athletic programs: I understand that: the Sterling House youth sports recreational leagues promote fun, development, participation and sportsmanship; official records and standings are not kept; all team members must play at least one half of every game; I must control my emotions as a positive example for all players, opponents, and spectators; and I must respect the referees and supervisory staff who represent Sterling House, the Stratford Recreation Dept. and the Board of Education. I will do my best to respect the school property we are allowed to use. I understand that the Stratford Youth Sports Association (SYSA) member organizations promote a drug free and smoke free sporting environment for youth.
