Madison. Phase 1: Construction of a new entrance to Recreation Park. The new entrance will be immediately north of the current park entrance and involves the construction of a roundabout. Access to the park will ONLY be from the south during this phase. The posted detour will be Hwy J to Hubach Hill Road to S. Madison. Work on this phase will take several months.
