WINTER 2016-2017 FLAG FOOTBALL Information
Registration starts on October 1st
All fees must be paid in full by Friday December 2nd at 6pm.
League fees are $200.00/ team paid to the Midwest City Parks & Recreation Department
Deposit to save spot is $100.00/ team
Forfeit deposit is $80.00 in cash to the Head Referee
Officials’ fees are $20.00/ game in cash to Head Referee
Registration forms can be found at https://midwestcityok.org/FormCenter/Parks-Recreation-10/Adult-Flag-Football-Registration-Form-69 and have to be filled out completely and turned in with money for season at the Midwest City Parks & Recreation Dept. located at 200 N. Midwest Blvd in Midwest City, OK
Please make checks payable to: Midwest City Activity Fund. Cash and credit cards are welcome.
Teams will not be put on the schedule unless league fees have been paid in full.
