We are offering the same great DSMA leagues, PLUS a new Saturday league. Entry Fee: $375 for 8 games $385 if registering online Teams must pay in FULL at time of registration. Registration: February 8-26 in-person or online at www.dsma.com March 1-5 in-person only Please note: All City offices are closed on Feb. 12 & Feb. 15 Register at: (1) City of Dallas Athletic Office, 8100 Doran Cr. @ Flag Pole Hill (north of the intersection of Northwest Hwy & Buckner Blvd), from 8:15-5:00 (2) Kiest Softball Complex, 2200 W. Kiest Blvd. (near Hampton & Kiest), from 8:15-5:00 or drop off overnight (3) Online at www.dsma.com League Begins: Week of March 15; weeknight game times are 6:45, 7:45, 8:45, 9:45; Sunday league game times are 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 Softballs: DSMA will provide each team with 4 new balls and at least 2 used balls. Any additional balls must be provided by the teams (may use any legal ASA .cor 44 or lower OR any legal USSSA .cor 40 or lower) New in 2010! In response to popular demand, DSMA is now offering a SATURDAY LEAGUE at Fair Oaks. For only $375, teams will receive 8 games and the same DSMA quality found in other leagues. This league is "self-contained" with its own double-elimination playoffs and flexible rosters. Softballs will be provided as mentioned above. All 3 of Fair Oaks' fields are fenced at 300 feet and have scoreboards. Leagues offered: Men's Comp, Men's Rec, Coed Comp, Coed Rec. Schedules will be arranged to avoid conflicts between teams playing in two leagues. Men’s leagues play in the morning starting at 9:00, Coed leagues play in the afternoon starting about 1:00. League play begins March 21, so check out fun-time softball at its best! New Fall Tournament!The Fall Playoffs have been replaced by a new concept: The "Tournament of Champions". This tournament is open ONLY to teams in the DFW Metroplex (not just DSMA) that have won their league or city playoffs. Entry fee is $175 and we will have a great prize package to award the “Best of the Metroplex”. Top Features of the DSMA Softball Program: ¨ All bats on the ASA or USSSA 2010 approved bat lists are legal in all DSMA leagues. ¨ City Championship Tournaments for all classifications in Spring and Summer leagues, with free entry to league champions (other teams may enter for $100) ¨ T-shirts and team trophies to all league and tournament champions ¨ Advancement to TAAF State Tournaments from C and C/D classifications ¨ Teams may bat a traditional batting order OR may bat everyone (bat-the- bench) ¨ Players can play on multiple teams as long as they are in different leagues ¨ “Draft List” on www.dsma.com , a resource for finding players if you’re running short
