WHAT A TOURNAMENT!!! 2013 BEST EVER Thanks to all……
We appreciate all of you that participated in this years’ event! According to you…this was the best one ever in El Paso, and without all of you-it wouldn’t have been possible! Many volunteers are hard at work behind the scenes, in order to make this possible-so we THANK THEM as well.
Championship Sunday…. This years’ CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY will not be forgotten anytime soon! From Overtime Thrillers, Buzzer Beaters, and repeat Champions…this year had it all. An estimated 5,000 people were in/out of Montwood High School throughout Sunday..it was fun, festive, and no doubt a WORLD-CLASS BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE! Congratulations to all the Teams that made it to Sunday, and to all of the FANTASTIC PERFORMANCES made on the court.
The Haskins Report…… Thanks to those of you who dropped off your worksheets. There is still plenty of time, so Coaches who didn’t get a chance can participate, can still provide input. We observed many games, and have begun to compile our list of the area’s best players by Class and Gender. These players will be promoted heavily thru the HASKINS REPORT, and will get on the College Radar. Coming out this Summer….
Our site will be going through some changes over the next couple of weeks-to accommodate all of the Tournament Results, Haskins Report, and local Basketball Information. Keep watching, and as always feel free to comment or offer suggestions. We are working for the kids, and want to do a good job.
