Dickenson Y Summer 2012
Youth Sports Season
Ages 3-6 for T-Ball
8-week game schedule, games played at local Ys
One hour practice, one night per week at the Dickenson Y
End-of-season awards ceremony
Athletes may play up one level, but may not play down
Games played on Saturdays at local Ys

Registration begins: Sunday, January 1
Early Bird discount registration ends: Monday, February 20
Registration deadline: Friday, March 2
PARENTS' MEETING:
Tuesday, May 22 at the Dickenson YMCA
6:00 PM for T-Ball
It is not required that you attend the Parents’ meeting; however, if you are new to our program, or would like additional information, please feel free to attend.
COACH'S MEETING:

7:30 PM
COACH'S CLINIC:
Saturday, June 2
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
All sports coaches are welcome to attend with their child who will be playing.
Lunch will be provided, so please RSVP to dickenson@ymcatulsa.org
Packets with rosters, practice date and time, and jerseys will be available for pickup on May 22.
Practice begins: week of May 28
No practice scheduled during the week of March 19-23 for Spring Break
First game: Saturday, June 16
Season scheduled to end: Saturday, August 4

The field condition color code is used to classify the state of the Dickenson Exterior Fields. This color code is only meant as information on the field conditions. The decision to practice is determined by the Team Coach.
