Game Day Information:

*Teams will warm up for 15 minutes to start

*Game will be two 20 minute halves, substituting as need

*Will play 5 vs 5 or 6 vs 6 with games

*No out of bounds, we play off the walls

*Wear comfortable shoes and attire (no cleats are allowed on the gym floor)

*Participants will be given colored pennies (pullover) to wear during game time

*Bring water bottles to stay hydrated

*Bleachers will be available upstairs for spectators

*Shin guards are required

*No jewelry or watches will be allowed

*GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP is required from coaches, participants and spectators
