City of El Paso
All coaches that will be on the field or in the dugout at any time during the game will need to have a valid "yellow" Coaches Badge in plain sight. If your coaches badge is "white" you must return to the office from which it was issued to obtain a "yellow" one. Head Coaches it is your responsibility to make sure all your assistant coaches, players and parents/fans follow all City of El Paso Parks & Recreation Youth Baseball Rules.
All players must have a valid youth player card at the field and must be prepared to show it to city staff when asked for verification of eligibility.
