All matches that are rescheduled by mutual agreement among opponents MUST be made up prior to Monday, October 16.  If matches are not played and reported to the Recreation Supervisor prior to October 16, it will result in a forfeit for the player who was unable to attend the original match.  In the event that both players are unable to attend/reschedule the original or rescheduled match BOTH players will be issued a forfeit.  Make-up match scores should be reported directly to the Recreation Supervisor by email at Lehman_d@cityofelgin.org.  Please be courteous to the other players in the league and if you can't attend a scheduled match please be sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance.
