All matches that are rescheduled by mutual agreement among opponents MUST be made up prior to Monday, October 12.  If matches are not played and reported to the Recreation Supervisor prior to October 12, it will result in a forfeit for the player who was unable to attend the original match.  In the event that both players are unable to attend/reschedule the original or rescheduled match BOTH players will be issued a forfeit.  Make-up match scores should be reported directly to the Recreation Supervisor by email at Lehman_d@cityofelgin.org.
