All teams are responsible for submitting their "official" team roster online or at least 30 minutes prior to their 1st scheduled game. Once your final roster is submitted it cannot be changed after the 1st game. Coaches are also responsible for having (carrying)grade & age verification documentation (report cards & birth certificate) available at all times in case of a protest. There is a $50 (cash only) protest fee for all protest. Elite Grassroots Girls Basketball Tournaments' utilize the same grade/age verification as AAU (All Divisions are GRADE BASED with age & grade Determined as of 9/1/12). If a coach wants to protest the grade or age of a player than the protest form must be completed and submitted along with the $50 protest fee before the start of the game. If a coach cannot produce the proper player documentation then players in question will be ruled in-eligible until documentation is produced & verified. If the protest is upheld the fee is refunded. If the protest is lost then the protest fee is donated to host organization.
