| Description of Camp and League
Skill Camp: Grades 5-8
The Skills Camps focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals. All skills will be reinforced through repetition and performed in drill. Many hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, spiking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition. No matter what your current level is now, you will walk away from this camp with confident in your skills.

Sunday Night High School
6 vs 6 League
League days: 6/28-8/2 Time: Sunday 6:30 pm to 9pm, For: Grade 9-12 grades, available for this 5/6 week league. Warm-up, pick team, play games. Cost is $50.
Players will learn everything from the most basic footwork patterns to the most advance training. Emphasis is placed on developing court movement, ball control, as well as game competition. Refining technique and exposure to the tactical aspects of the game is the key to this intense volleyball camp. A variety of drills, games and competition will be used to put these techniques into practice. This session is ideal for the experienced volleyball player striving to be the best, not for beginner. We will also breakdown team offensive and defensive strategies.
