ABOUT US
 LAMAR Volleyball Select is a new and somewhat unconventional volleyball club formed in the summer of 2008. It is the intersection of two desires – a talented volleyball coach wanting a team to coach, and a team of raw athletic girls needing a talented volleyball coach. LVS was formed to fill a group of players' desires to develop their volleyball skills and have the opportunity to compete while still having the opportunity to participate in high school sports, church activities and other interests. The intention of LVS is to provide the best in coaches, facilities and experience at a reasonable cost. In addition, our vision includes a flexible practice schedule, no hectic travel schedules and an unwavering goal of increasing each player’s skills and confidence. With our initial season underway, we feel we are not only accomplishing, but exceeding these goals. The players are excelling, the teams are bonding and the expectations are even higher. It is no accident that these accomplishments are being produced. Coaches, players and parents are working hard, and therefore, positive attitudes and strong bonds are formed.
