| 8. PRACTICE! Top quality and purposeful training and conditioning are routine for an LVS practice. You can expect: warm-up exercises, agility training, conditioning, skill enhancement training, drills and competition all within 2-2.5 hours 2 times a week! |
| 7. TOURNAMENTS! We play only local tournaments, with NO Holiday tournament play. We believe that our area provides good competitive play and simply going out of town doesn’t make you a better player! |
| 6. PLAYING TIME! With LVS playing time is GUARANTEED! We use a 10/11 player sub-rotation….can other teams guarantee playing time? |
