What is the rain out number? The Athletic field condition line is (940) 349-8276. This line is updated by 4 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. on weekends when field conditions are questionable.
What sports do we offer? We offer a variety of leagues and programs for youth and adults in the following sports: basketball, dodgeball, flag football, golf, soccer, softball, track & field and volleyball. We currently offer 16 leagues in all, with a total of 58 different skill/age levels! Click here for a listing of our leagues! How do I register for a league? Registrations are taken at the Denton Civic Center, located at 321 E. McKinney Street. The Civic Center is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may register in person or by phone by calling (940) 349-PARK. Register online at www.dentonparks.com. How do I rent a field? For field rental instructions click here. Where can I find the banned bats list for softball? Please visit the ASA softball website by clicking here. What type of softball do I need for Adult Softball? All teams will furnish their own ASA approved red stitch COR 44 ball with 375 compression. Males will use a twelve-inch (12”) ball and females will use an eleven-inch (11”) ball. Balls do not have to be new but must be in good condition. The ASA seal must be legible and able to be viewed by the umpire. Balls must be yellow. I'm looking for a team to play on. What can I do? We have a free agent list for all of our adult sports.
