Refund Policy

YMCA of Corsicana - Refund Policy

It is a policy of the YMCA of Corsicana that no refunds will be given on program fees or membership fees.  Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration in making decisions on any refunds.

Participant must have receipt when requesting a refund.

All program refunds must be authorized by the person in charge of the program.

Membership refunds must be approved by the Executive Director.

Fees will not be refunded if the participant can be moved to another session or program.

Credit will be given for paid fees, but must be used before expiration date (6 months from date of receipt.)

Program fees of $10.00 or less will not be refunded.

Late fees will not be refunded.

If a shirt/or program supply has been purchased for the participant, that fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will not be given on sports programs after a sport has begun.

Please allow two weeks to receive any authorized refunds.
