Is a league suited for high functioning teams who are comfortable playing in very competitive environment.  Pressing is allowed at all times, no matter the score. Teams playing in Competitive Division 1 championships will have the best chance to compete against the teams participating in this league.  Only team registrations are taken for Club Basketball (no individual registrations).

2.  Teams

     * 3rd-12th graders can participate in Club Basketball. Supply your own jerseys.

3.  Divisions (Gold & Silver) 

     Players must verify age via birth certificate at 1st game

     * 3rd grade

     * 4th grade    

     * 5th grade

     * 5th & 6th Girls

     * 6th grade

     * 7th grade

     * 7th & 8th Girls

     * 8th grade

     * 9th grade (Gold)

     * 9th & 10th grade (Silver)

     * Junior Varsity

     * Varsity

     * High School Girls

4. Practices

     * Days, times, location & quantity are up to the coach. Practices are not included

5. Season / Games / Fees

     * Teams can choose to play a full or shortened season

        A. Full season = 7 games + playoffs ($560 per team)

        B. Shortened season = 5 games + playoffs ($425 per team)

          C. $3 door charge for each spectator over 6-years of age

     * Games are played on Friday and/or Saturdays

     * Games played at East Valley locations as much as possible

     * Some inter-league games played (against west valley teams) in Central Phoenix

     * Locations & maps to game sites are available on the left side of the main page

6. Coaches

     * Attend mandatory coaches meeting

7. Volunteer Opportunities

     * Team parent

        A. Communicates to parents while the coach is working with team

        B. Emails practice and games schedules

        C. Optional - Set up a snack schedule (please pass out snacks outside the gym)

        D. Optional - Organize team photo

        E. Optional - Organize end of the season party

        F. Help collect practice fees (if necessary)

8. Rules

     * High school rules with a few exceptions

        A. Two 20-minute halves

        B. Running clock until last minute of second half (unless 20-point lead)

        C. Two timeouts per half (unused timeouts don't carry over from the first half)

        D. Playing time is not guaranteed 

9. Playoff Tournament

     * Playoffs are single-elimination

        A. Teams will be listed under, league (Club Basketball), grade, and team name

        B. Please check often for any schedule changes
