Bethany YMCA Youth Sports Information Page REPORTING FORM The Reporting Form has been developed to help effectively and efficiently communicate any issues that may arise in the Bethany YMCA Sports Programs. This form may also be used to recognize your coach, official, or program staff. Click here for Bethany YMCA Sports Department Reporting Form WEATHER UPDATES A decision on game times will be made a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start. Decisions will be posted on this website, or you may call your YMCA. YMCA MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: It is the policy of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and the Bethany YMCA that no person will be denied membership or program participation due to the inability to pay. Funds for financial assistance are provided through the United Way and the YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign.  VOLUNTEER PARENT COACHES The YMCA is a volunteer-based organization. Volunteer Coaches are an integral part of the success of the Youth Sports Program. The YMCA uses volunteer coaches to provide leadership to the youth in our community through structured activities. Coaches are usually parents, friends or community leaders. Applications can be picked up at the front desk of your YMCA. We are always looking for volunteer coaches.
